01 / Identity

Keep the equity.
Give it room.

The existing Tenjin Partners logo is retained unchanged. Its circular emblem informs the orbital geometry and fine-line icon language. Generous clear space replaces competing ornament.

Original Tenjin Partners logo

Original supplied transparent PNG artwork, sourced from the current Tenjin website. Alpha transparency is retained on light and dark surfaces. The standalone emblem uses a clipped view of this same PNG; no redraw or replacement logo.

02 / Colour

Familiar. More nuanced.

Preserve the three original brand colours. Add a deeper foundation and a lighter gold for small text and interface details.

03 / Typography

A voice with perspective.

Display / Georgia Regular & Italic
Aa Perspective.

Editorial warmth without a paid font dependency. Deliberate line breaks and a fluid 52–108px display scale.

Interface / Manrope 400–600
Clarity in every detail.

Compact labels, confident navigation, balanced geometric letterforms.

Body / DM Sans 400–500

Connected thinking for complex external environments.

18px body copy, generous 1.7 line height, readable line lengths. Google Fonts fall back to system sans-serif.

04 / Iconography

Drawn for the discipline.

Seven original 48-unit SVG icons. A shared 1.4-unit stroke, open geometry and rounded joins connect the service set to the circular brand symbol.

05 / Motion

Movement with meaning.

Motion introduces hierarchy and signals interaction. No scroll hijacking or flashing. A restrained Three.js contour globe rotates slowly, responds gently to pointer position, and can be paused. It stops when offscreen or the tab is hidden.

Perspective.

01 · Reveal

800ms clipped headline entrance. A single, deliberate arrival.

02 · Respond

280ms arrow movement and colour shift. Hover or focus to explore.

03 · Connect

Fine lines and layered orbital paths, building a connected visual language.

Reduced-motion preferences disable reveals, entrance transforms, smooth scrolling and continuous Three.js animation. A static SVG fallback remains available if WebGL cannot initialise. All content remains visible.

06 / Composition

Space is part
of the message.

12 → 1

Responsive grid

Asymmetric desktop layouts become a natural single-column reading order on phones.

8px

Spacing rhythm

Consistent spacing, long editorial pauses and fine dividing rules.

Visible

Interaction states

Keyboard focus, explicit labels, useful form review and honest local-only behaviour.

Content, provenance & implementation notes

Service names, descriptions, positioning, brand explanation and contact email are adapted from tenjinpartners.com as checked on 12 October 2026. New headlines are proposed copy for review. No invented client logos, results, case studies or testimonials are included. Existing leadership biographies are sourced from Tenjin’s published leadership page; fictional portrait studies are explicitly separated from the named leadership roster. Sample blog articles and lead magnets are clearly labelled original concept drafts.

This is a separate static HTML/CSS/JavaScript design prototype, with a locally hosted Three.js 0.180.0 background module (MIT licence included). It has no CMS, analytics, form backend or lead collection. WordPress can implement a custom theme; Squarespace would require adaptation to its editable components and styling constraints. Final client approval and platform scoping remain separate.

Reference research: Teneo’s clear service structure and ThemeForest’s Consulting corporate category informed competitive context only. Four original AI-generated editorial portrait studies demonstrate the photography direction without depicting actual team members. All layout, SVG illustrations, icons and interactions here are original; no paid template code or assets are used.
